Payments are completed directly between you and the restaurant at the time of pickup or delivery. SunsenFoods does not process or store payment information. By placing an order, you agree to pay the restaurant according to your selected payment method.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled through the platform. Contact the restaurant directly for changes.

4. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order (e.g., name, phone number, delivery address). Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent orders or offensive behavior towards restaurants or delivery personnel, will result in restricted access to the service.

5. Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants are solely responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders, ensuring food quality, and collecting payments. SunsenFoods is not liable for any disputes or issues related to food preparation, delivery, or payment.

6. Liability

SunsenFoods provides the platform "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. SunsenFoods is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with restaurants.
